Technology

Today for tech we made phone holders but half the class didn't have a phone. We had to file the edges and drill holes but it was so deep that we had to lift the drill up multiple times to do one hole. When you're done drilling you take off the tape and it done it was a pencil holder. And for sewing we are making pillow cases the first step is draw and cut out things you want of your pillow case, next pin and sew the things on then you get another piece of fabric and fold one edge over twice and then pin and sew them. And that the stage I am up to i'll update you next week. =]

7km Run to Spencer park

7km run to Spencer park

Yesterday we Tangaroa did a 7km run to Spencer park. We started at broad park and the weather was humid and misty. First the run group went and every 1km they put markers down so we knew how much we did. Next the run/walk group went, the ground was shingle and rough but nothing hard.

After that the walking group went. Then we came up to an area that we could choose three other ways to go (witch was wrong) so we chose the sandy hill and luckily it was right, halve way up the hill it had a arrow so we knew we went the right way.

When we got there we had some food then we were able to play on the playground or play with the balls.
