Fitness/Dance

:TIRES:

Every day in Tangaroa we do fitness today we used tiers. For that we had to run a distance and drop off the tire and go back to our team. And then they run the the tire and drop it off further along and go back to our team. Then the next person goes and takes it back to the first place then goes back to the team and repeats a few times.

:RUNNING:

Every day in Tangaroa we do fitness sometimes we do running, for running we have to line up in a group of 10 and run around the bike track at the same pace. Or with 2 other people (three people all together) and run together. Or we do some relays sometimes we have to run far sometimes we don't.

:ZUMBA:

Every day after fitness we do zumba (dancing) today we did night fever, bunny hop and cupid shuffle. To do the cupid shuffle go 4 steps to the right and 4 to the left then kick 4 times (right foot left foot) and turn to your left and repeat. Bunny hop left foot heel toe then same with the right x4 then 1 jump forward and back and 3 jumps forward again and repeat.
