GYM 1

Today at 10:30 we walked to the GYM. Then we sat down on a line and took shoes socks, watch's and jewelry off so you don't lose it or break it. I was in group 1 first we did cart wheels, holding yourself off the ground for 5 secs and moving across and keeping yourself up (feet on blocks). 

The next activity was you had to hold on to a bar and move your knees to your chest, then put your feet in a rubber band and swing with your legs strait, then you had to hold on to rings and hold yourself upside down. 

Next we had to balance on bars, we had to do it strait, side ways, backwards, crawling, tip toes, clap underneath your legs. 

After that we did trampolining, we had to do normal jumping, backwards jumping, touch toes, 360 and crawling but jumping. After you did every thing on the trampoline you had to jump on blocks.

Last we did jumping into a foam pit we had to do jumping super high and stopping immediately then jump in, knees to chest,  360 and backwards. That's all we did for the lesson at the GYM it was super fun and easy I enjoyed it and I had my friends as well.
