Trip To Town

On Monday 29th we went to town. The first thing we did was go to Margret mahy and do a sheet that was like a scavenger hunt. We had to find pictures of things and write down what it's name was and the scientific name. We also had to find a quote and write down what the next part of it said. Another thing we had to do is find then write down birds names in Māori,  then we got to play for a bit. After we played we had some food at Victoria square there was a giant statue of Captain Cook. Then we walked to town hall and watched a play it was really cool, it was like acrobatics I learnt that Tangaroa is Takaroa and Ranginui is called Rakinui.
